Notice on the processing of personal data (pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 “Personal Data Protection Code”).
We inform you that the data you provide to us through the website https://ristorantemeditera.it/ will be processed in compliance with the privacy rules in force, namely the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003, “Personal Data Protection Code”.
The data you voluntarily provide through the contact form on this site will be converted into an e-mail message that may be stored within the e-mail receiving system used by the data controller or possibly converted into paper form.
Such data will not be recorded on other media or devices, nor will other data deriving from your browsing on the site be recorded.
1 – Purpose of processing personal data
1.1 – The data you send will be used in order to contact you by phone and/or by e-mail to handle your requests contained in the message you sent;
1.2 – Sending information on future business initiatives, announcements of new services and offers, sending advertising material, commercial communications both from us and from our sales network, also through the use of automated calling systems or electronic communications such as e-mail, SMS, MMS.
2 – Nature of the data processed and processing methods
The personal data processed will exclusively be those you provide when completing and sending the contact form (first name, last name, phone number, e-mail address). Data processing is carried out by appointees authorized in writing by the Data Processing Manager.
3 – Optional provision of data
Providing data for the purposes referred to in point 1.1) is optional. However, refusal to provide it will make it impossible to send the contact form and, therefore, to be contacted again by our company.
Providing data for the purposes referred to in point 1.2) is optional and there are no consequences in case of your refusal.
The data will be kept for a period of time no longer than necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed.

5 – Data subject’s rights:
The persons to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation as to whether or not such data exist, and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request their updating, integration or correction (art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/2003). Pursuant to the same article, the user has the right to request deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law and, in any case, to object to their processing for legitimate reasons, by sending a request to the Data Controller.
